Naughty Nog

Yield: Not Enough…but really, 8 saucy servings

Ingredients

• 6 large eggs

• 7 oz brown sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla-bean paste

• ½ tsp nutmeg

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• 16 oz heavy cream

• 24 oz whole milk

• 8 oz dark rum

• 8 oz bourbon

 

Instructions

1. In bowl of stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment, whisk eggs and brown sugar on low speed until well combined.

2. With mixer still on low, add vanilla-bean paste, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Once combined, slowly pour in heavy cream and then whole milk.

3. Slowly pour in dark rum and bourbon, continue to mix on low until combined.

4. Taste test.

5. Be merry.
