Cilantro-Lime Dressing

Ingredients

• 3 cups packed cilantro

• 10 oz Fage

• 4 Tbsp lime juice

• 2 Tbsp minced garlic

• 4 oz olive oil

• 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

• ¼ tsp salt

• ½ tsp pepper

• 3 Tbsp honey

 

Instructions

1. Puree all ingredients in food processor or Vitamix Blender until smooth.

2. Taste test and further season if needed.

3. I highly recommend chilling the dressing overnight to allow the flavors to develop and meld together.
