Ordering Policy

To place an order, please contact the bakery between 10:00am and 4:00pm at 425.251.1239.  Please have ready as much information as possible when you call to place your order.  The number of servings you are looking for, your dream design, and budget are all very helpful. 

  • We require two full business days notice on all orders.  For orders requiring extra attention (i.e. those involving but not limited to fondant and gum paste work), please be prepared to place your order 3-10 full business days in advance. 
  • All wedding cake orders must be placed 1 month prior to the wedding. 
  • All custom French Macaron orders must be placed 10 full business days in advance.

Payment by major credit card is required when placing an order.

We require all orders to be paid in full when the order is placed. 

We require a 50% deposit be paid on all wedding cakes when the order is placed. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express when placing your order by phone. 

When inquiring after hours, please email us at ryliecakesgf@gmail.com with your name, phone number, and a description of what you are interested in placing an order for as well as your desired pick-up date.  One of our pastry chefs will contact you during regular pastry shop hours to process your order.

*All deposits and final payments are non-refundable.

**Please note we are closed on Mondays.  All orders to be picked up on Tuesday must be placed by Saturday.
