First things first, THIS NAUGHTY NOG IS FULL OF BOOZE!! It’s extra, 110% extra.
If you want to take it down a notch or perhaps just don’t want to taste the booze, cut the amount of alcohol in half.
Also, I beg of you, spend that extra dollar on some top notch booze and real heavy cream. It truly makes all the difference!

Lick the Bowl - It’s Gluten Free,
(Yield: Not Enough…but really, 8 saucy servings)
6 large eggs
8 oz brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla-bean paste
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
16 oz heavy cream
24 oz whole milk
8 oz dark rum
8 oz bourbon
In bowl of stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment, whisk eggs and brown sugar on low speed until well combined.
With mixer still on low, add vanilla-bean paste, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Once combined, slowly pour in heavy cream and then whole milk.
Slowly pour in dark rum and bourbon, continue to mix on low until combined.
