Now that I’ve got my cookbook in the works (wrote a rough draft of my introduction today, yay!), I decided I had to face my biggest fear and dive into the world of flours!! More specifically, bringing my flour blends to market.
My end goal? I want everyone who loves great food – whether you have Celiac, a gluten intolerance, a gluten allergy, or not – to be able to buy RylieCakes Flour Blends for use in their home kitchens. Ideally, it would be fantastic to take this a step further and get the blends into restaurants as well but we will cross that bridge when we get there :)
